Refund Policy
Last Updated: October 6, 2026 Thank you for purchasing from us. Because our inventory includes custom-engineered builds, specialized mobile commercial kitchens, cold rooms, and restroom trailers, our return and refund policy is structured around the unique nature of our products. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. GENERAL NO-RETURN POLICY FOR TRAILERS
Due to the custom-configured nature, specialized commercial equipment integration (such as refrigeration units, plumbing, and cooking gear), and state-specific regulatory compliance requirements of our trailers, all sales of food trailers, cold room trailers, and toilet trailers are FINAL once production has commenced or the unit has been delivered/picked up. We do not accept standard returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or failure to secure local health or operating permits.
2. CANCELLATIONS & DEPOSITS
- Standard Orders: If you wish to cancel an order for a standard or stock trailer, you must submit your cancellation request in writing within 48 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started. Approved cancellations within this window are subject to a restocking or administrative fee (typically 10% of the total order value).
- Custom Builds & Engineered Units: Deposits paid for custom-designed trailers (including specific 3D layout configurations, custom plumbing, or specialized electrical upgrades) are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once engineering, material procurement, or fabrication has begun.
3. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY OR PICKUP
- Customer or Carrier Inspection: You or your designated representative must thoroughly inspect the trailer upon delivery or at the time of factory pickup.
- Reporting Freight Damage: If your trailer was shipped via freight carrier and sustained transit damage, you must note the damage explicitly on the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing. You must also notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence of the damage. Failure to note damage on the BOL may void freight insurance claims.
4. DEFECTS & WARRANTY ISSUES
- Manufacturing Defects: If you discover a structural or operational defect covered under warranty, do not attempt unauthorized repairs. Contact us immediately with a detailed description and photos/videos of the issue. -
Resolution Pathway: We will work with you to facilitate component manufacturer warranties (e.g., refrigeration compressors, axles, specialized appliances) or coordinate authorized repair solutions in accordance with our warranty terms.
- Refunds or Replacements: Refunds, partial price adjustments, or unit replacements are evaluated on a strict case-by-case basis and are only granted if a defect cannot be cured or repaired within a reasonable timeframe.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
In addition to trailers, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Custom-ordered replacement parts, specialized fittings, or components.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper towing, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow operational guidelines.
- Trailers that have been registered, titled, or put into commercial operation.
